The Mustard Seed at Echo Lodge is a Four Star Country House Hotel & Restaurant nestled in the heart of the County Limerick countryside. Set on ten acres, this converted 19th century convent and celebrated country house is surrounded by mature trees, orchard and kitchen garden where fresh herbs and vegetables are gathered daily for the preparation of dinner.

The talented kitchen brigade create exquisite culinary delights for the discerning diners. An extensive wine list compliments the enticing menu. The Mustard Seed also welcomes non-residents for dinner and has long been highly acclaimed for attracting lovers of good food and wine from around the globe.

Each of the seventeen bedrooms are individually decorated combining traditional antique furnishings and modern facilities. Good taste prevails and an interesting collection of books fills the library downstairs for a rainy day by the fire. A small sauna and massage room are available for guests in the house.

The Mustard Seed at Echo Lodge is an ideal base touring the south west region. The Dingle Peninsula, Killarney and the Ring of Kerry, the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren are all within driving distance. For  the golf enthusiast, a choice of four courses are within thirty minutes drive of the house. Horse riding,  fishing and garden visits can all be arranged nearby.
